Welcome to MyChart, your NEW patient portal

Loyola Medicine has transitioned to a new patient portal called MyChart to better meet your needs. Any new information from visits to a Loyola Medicine doctor’s office or hospital, including prescription refills, visit notes and lab results, is now in MyChart.

With the new patient portal, staying connected to your health has never been easier by offering you a secure, simple way to manage your health care, allowing you to:

• Schedule or cancel an appointment
• Review medications, test results and health history
• View upcoming and past appointments
• Request prescription refills
• Send and receive messages with your care team
• Complete the eCheck-In process from home for your next appointment
• Pay online (for visits after February 28, 2026)

myLoyola patient portal will close on Monday, October 19, 2026

As part of Loyola Medicine's transition to MyChart, access to the myLoyola patient portal will end on Monday, October 19, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

If you need to pay for visits that occurred before February 28, 2026, please visit https://pay.medepay-solutions.com/TrinityLoyolaLegacyPPPort/#/.

If you would like to save information from your myLoyola account for your personal records, log in to myLoyola using an internet browser before October 19, 2026 at 11:59 p.m., and take screenshots of any information you wish to keep. After the portal closes, this information will no longer be accessible through myLoyola.

Select clinical information from before February 28, 2026, is available in MyChart. To access your MyChart account, visit the MyChart - Login Page.
